Please refer to our Membership Benefits page to confirm your eligibility prior to completing the Candidate Membership Application Form. Applicants who do not meet the requirements of membership will be denied and payment (if applicable) refunded.
Security Policy: We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will not be provided for membership of the General Thoracic Surgical Club unless rejected.
Refund Policy: GTSC membership refunds will not be provided unless application is rejected.
Applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis (Jan, March, July, Oct). Acceptance notifications will be sent upon the Executive Committee's review.
If you are submitting an application between January 15th and the Annual Meeting and wish to attend the upcoming Annual Meeting, please register at the non-member rate.
Pending applications will be reviewed during the meeting and if approved, a refund for the difference between the non-member and member registration rate will be issued.
