Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee, working in cooperation with the Executive Committee and the Executive Office, is responsible for identifying open Executive Committee seats, approving the Call for Nominations, and identifying the slate of candidates for member vote. In addition, the Nominating Committee shall be responsible for determining the appropriate reprimand for any violations of the Code of Conduct, which may include removal from the Executive Committee and/or the Club.
The Committee shall be composed of the Past Chairs of the Executive Committee and prior Secretary/Treasurers. The immediate Past Chair serves as Chair of the Committee. Committee members do not have a fixed term and may remain on the Committee until his or her death, resignation, or removal as hereafter provided.
Established in 2026, the Committee is currently in a transition period, as there is only one Past Chair and no Past Secretary/Treasurers available to serve. In the interim, the current Officers will continue to serve on the Committee until sufficient term rotations have occurred to form a full Committee consisting of Past Chairs and Secretary/Treasurers.
