EXHIBITOR SIP & STROLL*
Join us for GTSC’s annual Exhibitor Sip & Stroll, an exclusive social networking event for medical professionals and exhibitors! Immediately following Thursday’s educational program, rotate through exhibit tables, each featuring a drink or a small bite. At the table, listen to each exhibitor’s two-minute "elevator" pitch and answer the questions in the meeting app.
Those who visit every booth and correctly submit each exhibitor's secret code word via the mobile app will be entered into a drawing for a special prize package! It’s a great way to connect, learn, and enjoy some refreshments while supporting our exhibitors.
Can’t attend? You can still visit booths during the conference, submit answers in the app, and be entered for the grand prize.
GOLF TOURNAMENT*
Tee off at GTSC’s Annual Golf Tournament, to take place at 12:15am on Friday! More details will be provided fall 2026!
Transportation is on your own.
Prizes for Top Team, Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin will be given during our Gala Dinner on Saturday evening. All skill levels welcome - come join the fun!
5K FUN RUN*
Lace up and join us for the GTSC 5K Fun Run, happening Saturday at 6:15am, held onsite at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells! This casual run is free to participate and open to all ages and skill levels - whether you're aiming for a top finish or just enjoying the route.
Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female finishers during the Gala Dinner on Saturday evening.
PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT*
Join us on Saturday from 1pm - 4pm for the GTSC Pickleball Tournament! We’ll play in a round robin format, giving everyone a chance to play multiple matches and connect with fellow attendees.
This event is free to participate and open to all ages and skill levels - whether you're a seasoned player or trying it for the first time. Paddles and balls will be provided.
Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female winners during the Gala Dinner on Saturday evening.
