Those who visit every booth and correctly submit each exhibitor’s secret code word via the mobile app will be entered into two prize drawings! It’s a great way to connect, learn, and enjoy some refreshments while supporting our exhibitors.

Can’t attend? You can still visit booths during the conference, submit all of the secret code words in the app, and be entered into the two prize drawings.

The cost is $269 per person (reduced from $299) and includes green fees, tournament coordination, gratuity, golf cart, range balls, a boxed lunch, and bottled water.

Golf clubs are available to rent onsite for $85 and include six golf balls. Transportation is on your own.

Prizes for Top Team, Longest Drive, and Closest to the Pin will be presented during the Gala Dinner on Saturday evening.

A minimum of 15 participants is required for this excursion to take place, with a maximum of 39 attendees. Be sure to dress accordingly, as temperatures at the Mountain Station can be up to 30 degrees cooler than on the desert floor.

An expert sommelier will lead a 60 minute guided tasting featuring 5 - 6 California red and white wines, sharing insights into each wine’s unique characteristics, region, and flavor profile while you enjoy an individual chef selected charcuterie board.

Following the tasting, choose your favorite wine from those you sampled to enjoy as a full glass during 30 minutes of casual networking and conversation with fellow attendees.

The cost is $100 per person and includes the guided wine tasting, individual charcuterie board, one full glass of wine, and gratuities. Participants must be 21 or older.

Each day requires exactly 20 participants to take place and is limited to 20 attendees. If 20 people do not register for a specific day, that tasting will not take place.

The experience includes museum admission, narrated sightseeing along the way, a private docent led museum tour, tour of a B-17 airplane, roundtrip transportation from the hotel, gratuities, and bottled water.

This event is free to participate and open to all ages and skill levels, whether you’re a seasoned player or trying it for the first time. Paddles, balls and refreshments will be provided.

Participation is limited to a maximum of 40 players, so advance registration is required. If you sign up, please plan to attend so that you’re not taking a spot from another attendee who would like to participate.

Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female winners during the Gala Dinner on Saturday evening.
