GTSC will hold its first ever Exhibitor Wine Walk, which is included with your registration fee! After the Thursday educational program from 5:30pm - 6:30pm, attendees will gather in the exhibit hall where they will be divided among the exhibit tables, enjoy a sample of the provided wine, and listen to the exhibitor's 2–3 minute 'elevator pitch'. After three minutes, attendees will enter the answer to the exhibitor's secret question on the mobile app, before moving onto the next table.
Those who visit each booth and have answered all secret questions by the end of Saturday's educational session will be entered into our Wine Walk grand prize drawing - a $500 Delta gift card! The drawing will take place during the evening Gala Dinner.
Can't attend the Wine Walk? No problem! Attendees who can’t attend the wine walk will still be able to visit booths throughout the conference, answer the secret question and be entered in for the grand prize drawing.
Play black-out abstract bingo during the GTSC 2023 Annual Meeting! When you check-in at the registration table, you will receive a complimentary bingo card with 15 abstract titles. Throughout the conference, visit each poster in the exhibit hall, learn a little about the abstract and have the presenter initial their bingo box on your card. Once complete, return the card to the registration table and be entered into our Abstract Bingo grand prize drawing - a $500 Delta gift card! The drawing will take place during the evening Gala Dinner.

Join us for GTSC's Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, March 10th at 12:15pm, located at the Florida Keys Country Club! The Florida Keys Country Club is home to a 6,500-yard, Mark Mahannah-designed golf course that offers a challenge to golfers of all levels. Touring professionals, serious club competitors and even casual amateurs enjoy the tough - yet forgiving - course, consisting of striking palm tree-lined fairways; lush, manicured greens; and breathtaking views.
The cost is $100/player and includes green fees, golf cart, boxed lunch, gratuity and applicable taxes. Club rentals will be available onsite for $28 + tax.
Due to limited land space, the Florida Keys Country Club is a 9-hole course, which will be played twice. Prizes for Top Team, Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin will be given during our Gala Dinner on Saturday evening. All skill levels welcome!
Board a private catamaran and set off for Reef Snorkeling at Coffins Patch! The shallow patch reefs of the Coffins Patch Sanctuary Preservation Area (SPA), located approximately 4 nautical miles off Key Colony Beach, offer some of the best snorkeling in the Middle Keys. Tangs, jacks, stingrays, nurse sharks, grouper, lobster, butterfly fish, and the curious moray all call Coffins Patch home The azure Caribbean water around the reef is the best place to observe the abundant sea life! After an hour of snorkeling, enjoy an hour relaxing at the Grassy Key Sandbar, complete with a giant floating mat, noodles, beach balls.
This excursion will take place on Friday, March 10th from approximately 1:00pm - 4:30pm. Please arrive at the Lagoon Dock, between the Resort Pool and the Saltwater Lagoon, at least 20 minutes prior to departure time.
The cost is $100/adult or $50/child (12 and under) and includes 1 hour of snorkeling, 1 hour at the sandbar, beach toys, beer/seltzers/sodas/water, tax and gratuity. Attendees are welcome to bring their own snacks.
Important: A minimum of 10 adults must be registered for this excursion to take place. A maximum of 40 individuals are allowed to participate. Attendees must know how to swim. Sunscreen will be provided, but towels are not provided on the boat.
New this year, GTSC will hold its Friday dinner at the Florida Keys Aquarium (complimentary transportation provided). After dinner ends, join us for the GTSC After Party at Hawks Cay from 10pm - Midnight! DJ Eddie, one of the biggest DJs in South Florida, will 'bring down the house' with his glow booth, glow hula hoops and limbo & light up batons. Attendees will receive two complimentary drink tickets. We can't wait to see your dance moves at the GTSC After Party!
Go the extra mile with GTSC! Join us for our Annual 5K Fun Run, to be held Saturday, March 11th at 6:30am at Hawks Cay Resort.
This event is included with your meeting registration and includes bottled water and fresh bananas. Prizes to the fastest male and female will be given during our Saturday Gala Dinner.

GTSC is excited to bring back our tennis tournament! Join us on Saturday, March 11th from 1pm-4pm at the Hawks Cay courts for a round-robin style tournament. Enjoy light refreshments while networking with your peers. Prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd male & and female winners will be given during our Gala Dinner on Saturday.
This event is included with your meeting registration and includes bottled water/Powerade and granola bars.
Hawks Cay Resort is the premier Florida Keys fishing destination. The Captains provide the best Florida Keys fishing and are the most knowledgeable and friendly guides. Florida Keys fishing and fishing charters are all about variety—and even more about catching big fish.
This 4-hour excursion will take place on Saturday, March 11th from approximately 12:30pm - 4:30pm. Please arrive at the Marina 15 minutes before the departure time.
The cost is $275/person and includes 4 hours of fishing, all equipment, bottled water, tax and gratuity. Attendees are welcome to grab to-go food/drinks from the GTSC lunch buffet and bring on the boat. We suggest that you bring sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, camera, and other items for your comfort.
