EXHIBITING

If you would like to exhibit at the Annual Meeting, please complete the submission form. Payment is due by January 9, 2026 in order to secure your spot and for inclusion on the GTSC website and marketing materials.

New this year, all supporting partners must use a company master account to complete the exhibitor form. 

  • If your company has attended the GTSC Annual Meeting: You have a master account. Your username is most likely your company name (one word). Please contact info@gtsc.org if you need your login information.
  • If your company has not attended the GTSC Annual Meeting: Follow the instructions to create a Master account for your company. Unsure if you've attended before? Please contact info@gtsc.org

If you experience any issues creating a Master account, please contact us at info@gtsc.org. Please note, if you've exhibited or sponsored with GTSC in the past, you have a master account on file.

⚠️ Submitting this form without using a company Master account causes significant accounting and record-keeping issues. Thank you for your attention to this detail.

SPONSORSHIP

If you are interested in sponsoring at the Annual Meeting, we welcome you to view our prospectus! Once your company has established which opportunity(ies) you would like to commit to, please email info@gtsc.org so we may send you a Letter of Agreement. Support agreements and payment is due by January 9, 2026 in order to secure your spot and for inclusion on the GTSC website and marketing materials.

All representatives are free to attend the scientific sessions and all meal functions, allowing them additional networking opportunities with the attendees.


2026 Sponsor & Exhibitor Information

REGISTRATION LIST
An electronic copy of the attendee list will be provided in mid-February and after the conference. A digital copy of registrants will be included on our mobile app. Please note, we can only send names and contact information of the attendees who opt in.


EXHIBIT TABLE INFO
Each company will received one covered and draped 6ft table, two chairs, one table tent with company name, existing lighting and standard heating & A/C. Feel free to bring personalized display items for your booth. To maximize interaction with conference delegates, all exhibit tables will be placed in the Salon Ballroom 2/3, next to poster boards and the coffee service. Please note, the tabletop exhibits will not be in a locked area. All representatives are free to attend the scientific sessions and all meal functions, allowing them additional networking opportunities with the attendees. Attendance by representatives at their tables is at their discretion.


EXHIBIT TABLE ASSIGNMENT
To ensure a fair and transparent process, exhibit tables will be assigned using the following criteria. GTSC reserves the right to make final decisions on placements to ensure optimal flow and visibility for all exhibitors.

  1. Order of Monetary Support
    1. Companies contributing higher levels of monetary support (e.g., through sponsorship or exhibitor packages) will receive priority placement closest to the break refreshments and/or other high-traffic areas.
  2. Contract and Payment Timing
    1. Within each tier of monetary support, table assignments will be made in the order that a signed contract and full payment are received. If two companies provide the same level of support, the one that completes both requirements first will receive priority within that tier.
  3. Placement Notification
    1. Exhibitors will be informed of their table assignment onsite via a table tent displaying their company name at their assigned table.

EXHIBITOR SIP & STROLL (a networking event for surgeons and exhibitors)
GTSC will hold its Exhibitor Sip & Stroll, after the Thursday educational program!

How does it work? Attendees will gather in the exhibit hall where they will be divided among the exhibit tables, and enjoy a sample of the provided food or beverage, while they listen to your 2 minute 'elevator pitch'. After two minutes, attendees move onto the next table. Those who visit each table by the end of Saturday's educational session will be entered into our grand prize drawing! The drawing will take place during the evening Gala Dinner. Attendees who can’t attend the Sip & Stroll will still be able to visit tables throughout the conference and be entered in for the grand prize drawing. Participation in the Sip & Stroll is included with your exhibit booth purchase!

HOTEL
Garden View rooms have been reserved at the group rate of $399/night + $20/day resort fee + taxes. If the hotel is under 80% occupancy, they will honor that rate 3 days before and after our event! See the Travel & Hotel page for more details & to book your room.
