To secure your sponsorship and exhibit booth opportunities, please submit your application. All opportunities will be on a first come, first serve basis. Payment is required in order to secure your spot. Support agreements and payment is due by January 31st, 2022 in order to be included in the Annual Meeting final program and onsite signage.

COVID-19 VACCINATION POLICY
To support safely and responsibly convening at GTSC's educational programs and social events, GTSC Leadership has determined that all meeting participants (attendees and exhibitors) are to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Individuals are considered “fully vaccinated” two weeks after completing the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine, or two weeks after receiving a single dose of a one-dose vaccine. Please have your proof of vaccination and ID available upon registration.
While GTSC sees a reasonable likelihood that we can convene safely in the current environment, the Club cannot guarantee that no one will be exposed to COVID-19. Masks and hand sanitizer will also be provided and we have implemented additional safety measures throughout the conference. We will continue to monitor and follow medical guidelines established by the CDC and local authorities.
If you haven't yet, please make your reservation at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort And Spa before the group rate of $349/night expires at 5pm PT on February 15th, 2022. Reservations can be made by calling 877-803-7534 and referencing the GTSC 2022 Annual Meeting. or by going online. A credit card is required to reserve a room. We have learned that the hotel is completely booked outside of our room block over our meeting dates. Once our block is filled, we cannot guarantee there will be a room available at the hotel. We highly encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible.

Breaks in the exhibit hall will occur from 9:45am - 10:05am
Tear Down Saturday, March 12th: 12pm - 2pm
Please note, the tabletop exhibits will not be in a locked area. All representatives are free to attend the scientific sessions and all meal functions, allowing them additional networking opportunities with the attendees. Attendance by representatives at their tables is at their discretion.
Each company will received one covered and draped 8’x30’ table, two chairs, one table tent with company name, existing lighting and standard heating & A/C. Feel free to bring personalized display items for your booth.
Professional decorator services are not available at the GTSC Annual Meeting.
The Hyatt Coconut Point Resort and Spa has limited amount of storage space. For this reason, any packages sent to the hotel should arrive no earlier than Monday, March 7th.

Note: All Box charges will be charged to the guest room of the person who will ask for the box upon delivery to appropriate Exhibit Booth.
At the conclusion of the meeting, packages may be shipped out through Coconut Point’s Business Center. There is a handling fee of $20.00 per box for all outgoing shipments, plus the cost of the shipping. A 6.5% Sales Tax will apply to all shipments. Freight: Freight can be moved to the loading dock with the Bill of Lading attached for pick-up by your prearranged freight company. Please ensure Bill of Lading is attached to all freight. Hyatt staff will not be responsible for unloading or loading freight from truck deliveries.
EXHIBIT LOCATION & SPACE ASSIGNMENT
To maximize interaction with conference delegates, all exhibit tables will be placed in the Estero C Ballroom, next to poster boards and the coffee service. Exhibit spaces are not assigned and are on a first come, first serve basis. Please click here to view a diagram of the Exhibit/Poster Hall.
A printed copy of registrants will be included in your exhibit packet onsite. A final list will be sent post-conference.
