MOVIE NIGHT INSTRUCTIONS
Congratulations to our Movie Night Recipients!

Acceptance/Rejection Notifications: January 10, 2020
If accepted, all presenters are required by the Club, in accordance with ACCME and FDA regulations, to disclose any financial or nonrenumerative interest.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF VIDEOS
Upload your video via Dropbox. Please make sure you upload with the following title: First Initial_LastName_Movie Title (ex. J_Smith_Sternoclavicular Joint Resection)
Submit CD or USB drive to:

- Please label your video with the following title: First Initial_LastName_Movie Title
(ex. J_Smith_Assisted Lobectomy)
- Each video is given a 15 minute time slot. Videos should be 8-10 minutes long, which allows for at least 5 minutes of discussion.
- Presenters should narrate the video -- no audio should be on the video.
- Please send videos in the following format*:
Aspect ratio 16:9
HD format 1920 x 1080
Frame rate 29.97 NTSC
Codec h.264, MP4 or MPEG-4
Video bitrate at least 8 Mbps
*If you are unable to get the video into the above format, please send the video to Executive Office for conversion. We can convert almost any type of file.
