GTSC 2023 Annual Meeting Waitlist

Thank you for signing up for the GTSC waitlist. We will contact you should a room become available at Hawks Cay Resort.

In the meantime, we have secured 10 rooms at the Courtyard Marathon Florida Keys for $391/night + $30 resort fee and applicable taxes. Parking is $15/day. Should you wish to reserve a room, you can do so here. Rooms are available until 5pm ET on February 28th or until the rooms have been claimed.

Additional Details:

• All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
• Guest check-in time is after 3:00 PM and checkout time is 12:00 PM.
• The Hotel is a smoke free hotel, including all public areas (not designated as a smoking area), meeting and banquet facilities, and guest rooms.
