GENERAL THORACIC SURGICAL CLUB ANNUAL MEETING

The GTSC Annual Meeting is the place to learn about the latest research across specialties in general thoracic surgery. It is an opportunity for you to have one-on-one discussions with experts in the field and connect with your peers. During the Movie Night, Superbowl of X-Rays and invited lectures, Candidate, Associate and Senior members of various backgrounds teach about the most current and ground-breaking developments in the field. The GTSC Annual Meeting is typically held the first or second week of March from Thursday - Saturday, with breakfast offered Sunday morning.

GTSC Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days from the meeting:
Meeting Attendees who wish to receive a registration refund more than 30 days from the meeting for themselves, spouse/guest and/or child(ren) may email info@gtsc.org and receive a full refund for their registration and all social events.

Less than 30 days from the meeting:
Meeting Attendees who wish to receive a registration refund within 30 days of the meeting for themselves, spouse/guest and/or child(ren) may email info@gtsc.org. All requests are subject to the Executive Committee’s approval. Refunds are not guaranteed and if granted, an administrative fee may apply. All social events registered for prior to the meeting will be granted a full refund as long as final guarantees haven’t been given.
