GENERAL THORACIC SURGICAL CLUB ANNUAL MEETING
The GTSC Annual Meeting is the place to learn about the latest research across specialties in general thoracic surgery. It is an opportunity for you to have one-on-one discussions with experts in the field and connect with your peers. During the Movie Night, Superbowl of X-Rays and invited lectures, Candidate, Associate and Senior members of various backgrounds teach about the most current and ground-breaking developments in the field. The GTSC Annual Meeting is typically held in March from Thursday - Saturday and includes 8 meals.
GTSC Cancellation Policy
The 2026 Annual Meeting Cancellation Policy was revised to align with earlier hotel deadlines required by the Hawaii venue.

By January 9, 2026
Attendees who cancel by January 9, 2026 will receive a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee.
If an attendee remains registered but cancels a registration for a spouse/guest and/or child(ren), they will receive a full refund for those registrations and any associated social events.
January 10 - February 9, 2026
Cancellations for an attendee, spouse/guest, and/or child(ren) made between January 10 - February 9, 2026 will receive a 50% refund, regardless of the reason.
After February 9, 2026
GTSC has to provide its final food and beverage guarantees on January 9, 2026. Therefore, cancellations for an attendee, spouse/guest, and/or child(ren) made after February 9, 2026 are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
However, if an attendee, spouse/guest, or child(ren) is registered for an excursion, a full refund may be issued if a replacement participant can be found.
