Do not miss your chance to submit an abstract for Poster Presentation at the GTSC 35th Annual Meeting to be held March 9-12, 2023 at Hawks Cay Resort in Duck Key, FL!
Submission is open to all attendees. If accepted, we ask that you present your poster during the breaks on Friday and Saturday. Meeting registration, travel and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the Presenter.
GTSC will award the top two best posters from medical students, general surgery residents, thoracic surgery residents, and/or fellows the Society of Thoracic Surgeons Scholarship, to be presented during the Saturday evening Gala Dinner. The Scholarship covers hotel accommodations at the upcoming Annual Meeting (three nights room and tax only), meeting registration fee and reimbursement up to $750 for travel expenses.
We ask that all accepted posters are displayed in poster format so it can be reviewed during the coffee breaks on Friday and Saturday. Please stand by your poster to be available for questions and discussion.
The display board will be a tri-fold foam board which opens to 36”x48” (left panel is 12”x36”, center panel 24”x36” and the right panel is 12”x36”).

GTSC does accept case reports, case series and previously submitted abstracts. However, all submissions are subject to review and approval by GTSC Leadership. Submission does not guarantee presentation at the Annual Meeting.
